Are you looking for a delightful dessert? Are you looking for an easy one? This is your recipe!
This recipe was given to me by my French aunt, who is a great cook, I could say, she's one of the best amateur cooks I've ever met, so far. She has the "allure" French people have. And what's more, she's one of a kind, and I adore her.
This fondant is half way between a molten cake and a really fudge cake. It's served in the baking dish, with a dollop of ice cream, or with fruits (as I do)
You will need:
200 grams. Dark chocolate from 50% up to 70%
4 M eggs
150 grams. Sugar
150 grams. Butter
1 tsp Flour
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180ºC
- Melt chocolate (over a bain Marie or in the microwave) Let it cool down.
- Add eggs to the chocolate and mix.
- Add sugar and continue mixing.
- Melt butter and add it to the batter. Mix it up.
- Add sifted flour into the batter and mix until is completely incorporated (we don't want lumps)
- Pour the batter into a greased cake tin.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven. Let it cool down just until is warm.
- Serve. And Enjoy!
Happy baking!
