Easy and scrumptious Brownie cookies

When brownies met cookies... This is comfort food. This is a craving and a treat... You can’t miss this recipe. The soft and moist brownie dough meets the cookie shape... The result is a bunch of goodies, perfect for a morning breakfast, as a dessert with a dollop of ice cream or just as a snack (your perfect treat)

The best here is you don’t need to be a genius cook. You just need to have the ingredients and put all together. Wait, and bake! Are you in? Lets go with the recipe!

To make this easy recipe you should need:

120 grams butter
120 grams milk chocolate (chopped)
150 grams brown sugar
30 grams sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
50 grams cocoa powder
150 grams strong flour
120 grams milk chocolate (in chunks)

Method:
  • Melt butter and chocolate.Let it cool down.
  • Whisk in sugar until dissolved.
  • Now add the eggs and whisk.
  • In a bowl sift flour and cocoa powder. add salt and baking soda.
  • Cut the chocolate in chunks (I usually chop 1/2 small and 1/2 big) and add them to the batter. Mix well. Don’t over mix it (we want a fluffy cookie)
  • Place the dough in the fridge overnight (I know you just need to put it at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, but I prefer to leave it more time)
  • Take the dough out and make medium balls (Mine, as you can tell, are super size...) You should get like 10-12 cookies (me, 8)
  • Preheat oven to 175ºC FAN
  • Bake them for 10-11 minutes
  • Be careful not to break them once out of the oven, because are too fragile, at least until they set and are completely cooled.
  • Now you can enjoy them. You won’t regret to make this recipe!
Happy baking!
