Healthy oat cookies





If you're looking for a healthy delicious treat, you're about to learn how to make it (in "no time")
These vegan (and also can be gluten- free) cookies are so easy and quickly to make and taste amazing (the one writing is not a huge fan of vegan, but these... Oh Lord!)



You'll should need just a few ingredients and little time to make them. Here we go with the recipe.


Ingredients ( 9 big or 12 small)

2 Ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups oats (also gluten free)
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cups chocolate chips

Method:


  • Preheat oven to 180ºC
  • In a bowl put all the ingredients, but the chocolate chips, and the mashed bananas. Mix it until well combined (It will result a sticky dough)
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Make balls (the size is up to you, I made them medium size)
  • Place the balls onto a wax paper sheet. Flattened the top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let them cool.
They can be freeze up to 2 months.
Dairy free, vegan, gluten free (if you use gluten free oats and peanut butter) and the most important, soooo scrumptious!!

Receta en Castellano

Ingredientes:

2 plátanos maduros
135 gr. de avena 
127 gr. mantequilla de cacahuete
45 gr. de chips de chocolate (negro o con leche)

Preparación:

  • Precalentad el horno a 180ºC
  • El el bowl de vuestra procesadora meted todos los ingredientes y mezclad bien hasta que se haga una "masa". 
  • Fuera añadid los chip de chocolate. Mezclad bien.
  • Formad bolas del tamaño que queráis (las mías son medianas)
  • Forrad un molde con papel de hornear y disponed las bolas. Aplastad un poco las bolas para hacerlas chatas.
  • Horneadlas unos 15 minutos o hasta que veáis que están doradas.
